Return & Refund Policy
感謝你支持 HKERSHOP。為保障顧客權益,我們設有以下退貨與退款政策,並致力提供誠實與安心的購物體驗。
Thank you for supporting HKERSHOP. To protect customer rights, we have established the following return and refund policy, aiming to provide an honest and worry-free shopping experience.
1. 不設無理由退貨 由於我們銷售的多為食品(如咖啡豆、蜂蜜)或限量手作商品,所有已售出商品,除非有品質問題,恕不接受因個人原因之退貨或退款申請。
1.No Returns Without Valid Reason, As most of our products are food items (e.g. coffee beans, honey) or limited handmade goods, we do not accept returns or refunds due to personal reasons unless there is a quality issue.
2. 申請退貨/退款的條件 如你收到的商品有以下情況,可於 收貨後 3 日內 聯絡我們處理: 收到錯誤商品(與訂單不符) 商品明顯損壞或包裝破損,影響使用 產品過期(如適用)或異常品質(如發霉、變質) 📩 請提供: 訂單編號 商品照片(含外包裝) 問題描述 如經我們確認屬實,將安排退款、換貨或其他合理處理方式。
2.Conditions for Return / Refund :If you receive a product with any of the following issues, please contact us within 3 days of receipt:
Incorrect item received (does not match your order)
Product is clearly damaged or packaging is broken, affecting usability
Expired product (if applicable) or abnormal quality (e.g. mold, spoilage)
📩 Please provide:
Your order number
Photos of the product (including outer packaging)
Description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solution.
3. 不設退款的情況 以下情況我們恕未能安排退款: 商品經打開或已使用 因個人喜好(如口味、濃度等) 超過申請期限(3 日) 因收件人資料錯誤、地址不詳或未能聯絡而導致投遞失敗。
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund: We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
Product has been opened or used
Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g. taste, strength)
Request made after the 3-day window
Delivery failed due to incorrect shipping information or unreachable recipient
4.換貨安排 如商品需換貨,我們會視乎庫存情況提供同款或等值產品。如無法換貨,則會安排退款補償。
