This Sidama lot brings together cherries from roughly 600 growers around Arbegona. Rumudamo processes the coffee, which is grown at 2100–2330 metres and consists mainly of JARC 74112.
After sorting, whole cherries ferment in sealed barrels for typically 120 hours. They are then pulped, washed and shade-dried on raised beds with regular hand sorting.
Strong jasmine-like florals lead a sweet cup with creamy citrus and ripe stone fruit. Brew as filter or turbo espresso after at least four weeks of rest.
